These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of narmiai.com (the "Site"), operated by narmiAI FZ-LLC ("narmiAI", "we", "us" or "our"), a Free Zone company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is the corporate website of narmiAI. It provides general information about narmiAI and the software products it builds. The Site is informational in nature.

Our individual products (such as eloqo, nirmi and SWEATX) are provided under their own separate terms, available on their respective websites. These Terms do not govern the use of those products.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation, security or availability of the Site;
• introduce malicious code, or scrape, harvest or collect data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent;
• copy, reproduce or republish Site content except as permitted in Section 3.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, design and code — is owned by narmiAI FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "narmiAI", "eloqo", "nirmi", "SWEATX", "3.000" and related logos are trademarks or brand names of narmiAI FZ-LLC.

You may view and temporarily download Site content for your personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or use any Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our own product websites and external services. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website. Accessing them is at your own risk.

5. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, narmiAI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless narmiAI FZ-LLC and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
